We know the “back to school” season can be stressful and overwhelming for you and your kids. That’s why we created a handy guide to help you prepare for the new school year with ease and confidence! School Times
Clarksville Elementary
8:20 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Clarksville Middle
7:50 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Clarksville High/Renaissance
8:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
2024/25 Bus Routes
Students may be assigned to one bus route only. Bus passes for friends or riding a different bus will not be allowed.
If your student rode the bus last year, they have been moved to the new bus roster for the 2024/25 school year. You do not need to do anything else.
Non-Resident Transfer
A Non-Resident transfer student is a student who does not live within the school boundaries of Clarksville Community Schools. To be considered for a Non-Resident transfer in order for your student to attend CCSC you will need to complete an application. Use the link below to access the application.

All parents who wish to volunteer at their child’s school must first complete a background check. Please download the form and turn it into the school prior to volunteering.

Supplies vary by class & are minimal. Students will receive information during the first days of school regarding class-specific supplies. Some consumables are included in the class fee- so the supplies are built into the class.

Meals: ALL breakfasts and lunches are now free to all students–no need to apply!
Homeless Youth
If you live in any of the following situations:
- In a shelter
- In a motel or campground due to lack of accommodation
- In a car, park, abandoned building or bus/train station
- Doubled up with other people due to loss of housing or economic hardship
You may qualify for certain rights and protections under the federal McKinney-Vento Act.
