Clarksville Community Schools prides itself on providing a stellar education to all CCSC students. Beginning in 2013-14, CCSC created Clarksville Cares, a program to go beyond the scope of education in order to serve and care for all needs of CCSC children, specifically those who would go without. Donations to Clarksville Cares are used to serve students throughout the entire year, not just during designated times or long breaks.
This Holiday Season, Clarksville Cares took these volunteer efforts to a new level by raising more than $22,000 to provide gifts and food to ours students and families.
Clarksville Cares shopped for more than 100 students and will be providing more than 100 food bags to be sent home over the Holiday Break!
Volunteers throughout our CCSC Community took time on Sunday, Dec. 13 to shop with our students and provide a meal and a visit with Santa!
