We have some incredible news from Clarksville Elementary this week! Clarksville Elementary was chosen from a large number of applicants as one of five schools from the Kentuckiana area to participate in an amazing opportunity with Disney Musicals in Schools with StageOne!
Disney Musicals in Schools is a free outreach program offered to a limited number of public elementary schools around the country. After a lengthy grant application and a finalist school visit, CES was chosen to participate next school year!!
Disney Musicals in Schools will send two Disney Teaching Artists to work with our students each week for 17 weeks, and the students participating will get to decide upon one of seven Disney musicals to perform next year in February! Our still will also be invited to perform a section of their show at the Kentucky Center for the Arts in February as well!!
