Food item shortages and outages have become an increasing reality that affects our published cafeteria menus.   We are working closely with our vendors and suppliers to provide comparable menu item substitutions but this is not always possible in our current reality.  Even non-food items are being impacted by supply issues. Plates, bowls, cleaners, etc. are all being limited or eliminated on a daily basis.  Each cafeteria keeps in communication with building administration and health services to alert them to food item substitutions.  We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we navigate these unprecedented times.  Thank you.
