After decades of supporting The Generals, Clarksville High School alumnus Steve Matheny is being recognized.
The CCSC Board of Trustees unanimously voted to name the street between Clarksville Elementary School and Clarksville High School “Steve Matheny Way”.
Steve, who calls himself Clarksville’s No. 1 Fan, has supported the district’s athletics department in a myriad of ways for many, many years. On Friday, Feb. 21st, Steve will be presented with his own copy of the official street sign between the JV and Varsity games (approx. 7 p.m.).
