To celebrate the start of the new school year, Clarksville Community Schools will host a Welcome Back Walk for students transitioning into a new school building for the 2017-18 school year!
The Welcome Back Walk will take place on Friday, July 21 from 8 a.m. to noon.
During the Welcome Back Walk, faculty and staff will walk around Clarksville neighborhoods, go door-to-door, and greet CCSC families with students transitioning into kindergarten, fifth and ninth grades. Each student included in the Welcome Back Walk will receive a drawstring backpack filled with goodies for the new school year – like snacks, important documents and local business and restaurant coupons.
Renaissance Academy freshman learners will receive their “welcome back” pack at Culture Camp on Tuesday, July 25.
The first day of school for CCSC is Wednesday, July 26!
